A neighborhood manhunt ended with an arrest on Tuesday after a suspect allegedly pulled a gun on someone during an argument - and then ran.

Clayton County police were called to the 1500 block of Norman Crossing after a witness said the suspect, 21-year-old Kevin Hill made threats and pulled out a handgun.

Further investigation revealed that Hill was wanted on a probation violation for a previous aggravated assault charge. So, with the help of the Clayton County Sheriff's Office and the U.S. Mashal's Service, officers set up a perimeter, believing he hadn't gotten too far away.

But they also used extreme caution, considering Hill had allegedly made threats of "physical and deadly harm" against law enforcement.

The canvass soon became a door-to-door search in the neighborhood but ended when police finally found Hill hiding in the woods near where the entire altercation began.

He was arrested and taken into custody without any additional problems.
