TOCCOA, Ga. -- State agents charged two men with murder just two days after officers discovered a man shot to death in north Georgia.

The Georgia Bureau of Investigation said 21-year-old Kentavious Broudmain Walker and 23-year-old Ty'Jai Trammel are both facing counts of malice and felony murder in the death of 18-year-old Joel Keshon Green.

Green was found shot on Alexander Street in Toccoa, Georgia around 1:30 p.m. Aug. 8. He later died from his injuries. The GBI was then called in to aid Toccoa Police in the investigation.

With that additional help and the cooperation of the Stephens County Sheriff's Office and agents with the Appalachian Drug Enforcement Office, the case had two suspects in custody within days.

Authorities still haven't released what led up to the shooting but said that, upon completion of the investigation, the GBI's findings will be turned over to the Mountain Judicial Circuit District Attorney for prosecution.
