ATLANTA -- One child has died and another is still the hospital after being struck by a vehicle in front of a middle school Friday in southwest Atlanta.
The Fulton County Medical Examiner's office confirms 11-year-old Ren'gia Majors died as a result of the crash in front of Sandtown Middle School on Campbellton Road.
The driver stayed at the scene. Both children were believed to be middle school-aged.
Fulton County Police confirms the investigation is still active.
