A face familiar to 11Alive viewers popped up on "The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon" on Thursday: Brenda Wood.
The 11Alive anchor made an appearance in a segment called "I've Got Good News And Good News."
As Fallon explained, "So much is going on right now -- there's the ongoing conflict in the Middle East, we've got the Ebola scare. It seems like there's nothing but bad news out there. Well, we here at the Tonight Show are actually doing something about it! By having local news anchors from our NBC stations around the country read news stories that are not true, but that we wish were true."
