The hashtag #ThisIsAmerica is all over social media after 'Atlanta' actor and rapper Donald Glover, artistically known as Childish Gambino, released his new single and a very memorable music video.

Glover originally debuted both of his songs on 'Saturday Night Live' but the music video is what's sticking in people's minds today.

The video has only been up for two days and has over 15 million views on YouTube.

In the video, Glover shows a compelling representation of the America that this generation has learned to live in, both the good and bad.

Many people and celebrities are taking to social media to compare and contrast their thoughts on exactly what message the artist was attempting to convey as well as giving Glover overall praise.

Numbers of spectators also delved into the hidden meanings of images that came up in the background that many may not have noticed due to what was happening in the foreground of the music video.

The video is certainly intriguing and reflects upon what America seems to be experiencing in increased amounts in recent years such as police brutality, gun violence and the influence pop culture has on society.

Childish Gambino, who kicked off his tour in Atlanta back in September, is continuing his tour across America. For more information, click here.
