Atlanta Fair opens Saturday | Hours, prices and more

Thrill-seekers and carnival enthusiasts alike will find something to love amidst the attractions offered at the Atlanta Fair.

ATLANTA — Get ready to spring into action as the Atlanta Fair, the city's oldest annual fair makes its triumphant return.

The fair, initially scheduled to start up Friday, will now open at 1 p.m. on Saturday due to weather conditions.

Nestled across from Georgia State's Center Parc Stadium, this year's fair promises an unforgettable experience filled with family-friendly fun, exhilarating rides and mouthwatering treats.

Thrill-seekers and carnival enthusiasts alike will find something to love amidst the plethora of attractions offered at the Atlanta Fair. From classic carnival games to iconic fair food, there's no shortage of entertainment for attendees of all ages. 

Returning favorites such as the Expo Wheel, Alien Abduction, and the Flying Dutchman will once again grace the midway alongside coasters like Nemesis 360 and Time Warp. For the little ones, kiddie rides such as the Merry-Go-Round and Giant Slide will also return. 

Indulge in classic fair favorites like deep-fried Oreos, Snickers, and Reese's, or satisfy your sweet tooth with a funnel cake topped with all the trimmings.

  • Saturday, March 2 to Sunday, April 7, 2024

Fair Hours: 

  • Monday to Thursday from 5 p.m. to 10 p.m.
  • Friday from 5 p.m. to 11 p.m.
  • Saturday and Sunday from 1 p.m. to 11 p.m.

Prices

Admission

  • $3 for children 42" and under
  • $10 for guests 42" and taller ($5 Monday to Thursday) 

Ride tickets and armbands

  • Midway Ride Tickets: Individual tickets: $1.25 each; Book of 25 tickets: $25
  • Unlimited Ride Armbands (DAILY): $30 each (Valid only on the day of purchase)

Youth Attendance and Bag Policy

After 6 p.m. each day, no individual under the age of 17 will be allowed admission without a parent.

For everyone's safety, a Clear Bag Policy is in effect. Only clear bags will be permitted, and all bags are subject to search.

Certain items are prohibited, including purses or clutch bags larger than 4.5" x 6.5", backpacks, and oversized tote bags. Gate entry is also restricted after certain hours, so plan your visit accordingly.
