ATLANTA — Brace yourselves, anime aficionados and gaming gurus! MomoCon, Georgia's ultimate playground for pop culture enthusiasts, is "leveling up" your convention experience with a star-studded guest list for its 2024 spectacle.
Event organizers posted a full list of their guest speakers on Thursday, with several standout members of the community showing up.
Starting with the one and only Vivienne Medrano, affectionately known as VivziePop. She is the creative genius behind Hazbin Hotel, which garnered immense popularity as the largest global debut for a new animated series on Prime Video. She is also known for her web hit series Helluva Boss.
But wait, there's more! Mark Brooks from Marvel is also joining the MomoCon festivities. Known for his "marvel-ous" work on titles like Han Solo, Secret Empire, and Judgement Day, Brooks is a panel to sit on a panel and sign autographs.
And let's not forget about the "rap-turous" return of Anime Rap Takeover, back by popular demand for its second year. Get ready to hear some sick rhymes featuring artists Cam Steady, GameboyJones, DizzyEight, Chi-Chi, NemRaps (NerdOut), Ben Schuller (NerdOut), Ham Sandwich, and Silva Hound.
It's a rap battle of epic proportions that promises to be "anime-zing!"
As the excitement builds for MomoCon 2024, organizers are building out their event list jam-packed full of screening rooms, Anime Music Videos (AMVs), and panels that will have you saying, "con-sider me there!" Its website said to expect a full list of events around April.
The event will be hosted at the Georgia Congress Center from May 24 to 27.
