ATLANTA — After two Atlanta tour dates for Megan Thee Stallion's "Hot Girl Summer Tour" were canceled in Atlanta due to ongoing issues over the city's major water main breaks, both dates were rescheduled, leaving fans in a frenzy.
Friday's concert date was rescheduled to Sunday night, and her canceled Saturday night performance was rescheduled to Monday night, State Farm Arena tweeted on X.
In a statement on the platform X on Friday night, the rapper wrote that she was "extremely disappointed" to have to reschedule the shows.
"But we will follow the Mayor’s protocol," she wrote, adding she was "praying for the people who lost access to water due to this situation."
While some concertgoers scrambled to find last-minute accommodations for the concert, others weren't so lucky and had to scrap their plans altogether. If you weren't able to attend either of the rescheduled dates, here's how you can get a refund.
According to a statement from Live Nation, fans can request a refund within their Ticketmaster account. However, that isn't the case if you bought your ticket through a third-party resale site such as Stubhub, SeatGeek, or VividSeats. LiveNation says those fans should "reach out to their point of purchase directly."
