Aerosmith says 'Peace Out' with explosive farewell tour, stop in Atlanta

ATLANTA — Rock icons Aerosmith are saying farewell to the music scene with an explosive "Peace Out" tour with a stop in Atlanta.  

The Rock & Roll Hall of Fame members will perform at State Farm Arena on Friday, October 11, in the fall.

GRAMMY award-winning members will be performing their greatest hits with special guests The Black Crowes, a band fresh off their first release in nearly 15 years. 

The historic band will also have a special announcement video that will help celebrate the final tour. 

Aerosmith has sold over 150 million albums around the world and launched record-shattering global tours, according to a release.

The band became the first to have their own themed attraction at Disney World in Florida and later a Roller coaster in Paris, the release stated.

Members are expected to pay homage to their five-decade career. 

"The 2024 run promises fans an electrifying show of Aerosmith’s groundbreaking hits performed in an immersive 360° production as they celebrate 50 years as America’s greatest rock band," according to a news release.
