ATLANTA — Due to NBC's coverage of the US. Open for golf, several of 11Alive News' newscasts will be streamed online only on our platforms.
NBC's coverage for the U.S. Open is slated from 1 p.m. to 7 p.m. on Friday, June 14, pre-empting our evening newscasts at 4 p.m. 5 p.m., and 6 p.m. on 11Alive. Due to these changes on Friday, 11Alive will have a streaming only 30-minute newscast at 4 p.m. The 6 p.m. newscast will are on The ATL (channel 36). You can watch both shows on 11Alive+.
The 6 p.m. newscasts on Saturday, June 15, and Sunday, June 16, will also be pre-empted by NBC's sports coverage. 11Alive will have 30-minute streaming newscasts at 6 p.m. on both weekend days.
11Alive viewers can still get updates on the latest breaking news and top headlines of the day during the scheduled streaming-only newscasts on all of 11Alive's digital platforms.
