COVINGTON, Ga. — One of this year’s popular TV shows among teens is coming back this September, and production crews are moving fast to complete filming episodes.
A-Scene Insider Samantha Bussey Thornton spotted production for CW’s “Legacies” in Covington taking place in her neighborhood.
While Thornton didn’t catch any action of the stars, she did mention that crews were just setting up for scenes on Wednesday.
The snap shows crews setting up equipment and a basecamp production sign with the alias “LGC.”
“Legacies” carries on the story that originally started with “The Vampire Diaries” and in “The Originals”.
The show follows the next generation of witches, vampires, and werewolves making their way through The Salvatore School for the Young and Gifted.
If you want to catch some of the stars off the set, there’s a chance you’ll see them at The Mystic Grill in Covington and the Conyers area!
It wasn't the easiest sell when a Covington woman dreamed of turning a fictional restaurant into a real eatery, but it turned out to be the first step in practically raising a sleepy Georgia town's square from the dead. Check out our feature here!
