ATLANTA — The 62nd annual Grammy Awards went down Sunday night and Atlanta represented pretty well.
Lithia Springs native Lil Nas X and Billy Ray Cyrus took home not one, but two statues for Best Music Video for "Old Town Road" and Best Pop Duo/ Group Performance.
This is Lil Nas X's first Grammy win. This is also Billy Ray Cyrus' first Grammy win, out of seven total career nominations.
Another major artist winning for the city is East Atlanta rapper 21 Savage. He took home the Best Rap Song award for his song “A Lot,” featuring J. Cole.
Outkast rapper Andre 3000 also nabbed a Grammy for his collaboration with Anderson Paak.
They took home the Best R&B Performance for their song, "Come Home".
Usher, one of the biggest recording acts to come out of Georgia, paid tribute to Prince during music’s biggest night.
He was joined onstage by Prince's longtime collaborator Sheila E and singer FKA Twigs.
They performed a melody of his hits including "Kiss," "Little Red Corvette" and "When Doves Cry".
