Guns N' Roses bringing their worldwide stadium tour to Atlanta

The jungle is coming to Atlanta.

ATLANTA ā€” Atlanta, prepare to be rocked. 

Legendary band Guns N' Roses announced they are making a swing through North America as part of their trek to stadiums across the globe.

The Guns Nā€™ Roses 2020 Tour kicks off July 4 in Milwaukee, Wisconsin, and has planned stops in Toronto, Chicago, Atlanta, Los Angeles, Lisbon, London, Prague and more. The Atlanta date is set for Wednesday, Aug. 12. Bobby Dodd Stadium will host the rock group.

Over the weekend, the "Sweet Child of Mine" rockers played their first set of 2020 at the American Airlines Arena in Miami, as part of the Super Bowl Music Festival. During the set, Rolling Stone reports they dedicated the song "Knocking on Heaven's Door" to Kobe Bryant. 

The group will also be the first-ever rock band to play in the new Los Angeles SoFi Stadium.
