ATLANTA — BET hosted its second annual “BET Social Awards” Sunday night at Tyler Perry Studios.
The event celebrated the best social media moments over the past year and was hosted by DC Young Fly and Jess Hilarious.
The night opened with a medley of the most memorable dances of 2018, starring social media sensations Shiggy, Dan Rue and Kid the Wiz.
Atlanta’s very own Soulja Boy took home a huge honor and performed a string of hits.
The key message throughout the night was celebrating individuality and taking ownership of your own digital footprint.
