ATLANTA — Actors are expected to fill several shoes in the film industry. And in the upcoming Netflix movie "Sextuplets," Marlon Wayans takes that to another level.
Wayans takes on six different characters in a film centered on discovery. In photos that Wayans shared online, he is depicted as Alan, Russell and Ethan - just three of the six characters he plays.
Alan is an expecting father who wants to meet with his birth mother before his child is brought into the world. In those efforts, he meets his brother, Russell, which leads him to learn that he is one of six siblings.
In September, production crews were seen at a Newnan home filming. That same month, casting directors also sought "hospital-type" extras to play doctors, nurses, patients and more.
Wayans has played several other roles in the past, including "White Chicks" and the "Scary Movie" series.
The upcoming Netflix film hits the streaming site on Aug. 16.
