ATLANTA -- Entertainment mogul Tyler Perry's Atlanta home hit the market with a $25 million price tag -- a number that only a few will ever be able to afford.
The French Provincial 34,688-square-foot, 17-acre mansion at 4110 Paces Ferry Road is currently co-listed for $25 million by Joshua Reeves and Chase Mizell of Atlanta Fine Homes Sotheby's International Realty. It has seven bedrooms, nine full baths, five half baths and was built in 2007.
The Sotheby's listing calls it "perhaps the most compelling private residence to ever be offered to market in the history of Atlanta. Situated on seventeen private and pristine park-like acres with substantial Chattahoochee River frontage."
