COBB COUNTY, Ga. — Cobb County Fire crews rescued two kittens from a 30-foot well on Wednesday. The fire department posted about the incident on its Instagram.
According to the post, Truck 1 received the call about the kittens and firefighters were able to rescue one near the top. However, they had to enlist the help of Squad 7 to rescue the other kitten from the bottom of the well. Video shows firefighter Mickey Clark going down into the well to grab the second kitten.
The pair of cats were returned to their owners.
