COBB COUNTY, Ga. — Firefighters in Cobb County jumped into action to help a kitten stuck in the wall at Hardee's.
They shared the news of the rescue on National Kitten Day! Fire crews with the Truck 1-B shift had to climb up to the fast-food restaurant's attic to find the best location to cut a hole in the wall for the rescue, according to a social media post from Cobb County Fire & Emergency Services.
"They located a spot just under the sink to do the least damage to the wall while saving the kitty. Great Job Truck 1 B-Shift!" Cobb Fire officials wrote in the post.
The kitten has been safely returned to its owner-- making for a "purr-fect" rescue.
