Flowery Branch's Moonie's Texas Barbecue, which has a 4.3-star rating from 500 reviews, came in at No. 44, according to Yelp.
Next, just barely missing the upper half, is Jim's Smokin Que in Blairsville, which ranked at No. 52 with 4.6 stars from 334 reviews.
Georgia's other two entrants are further away, but worth considering if you head to the coast!
Southern Soul Barbeque in Saint Simon's Island is ranked 64th on the list. It has a 4.3-star rating on 1,295 reviews, Yelp said.
Last for Peach State BBQ is Savannah's Wiley's Championship BBQ, which is ranked No. 68 and has a 4.3-star rating from 628 reviews on Yelp.
