ATLANTA — Farmers in the Peach State are partnering with Kroger to provide fresh produce through its new Field & Vine brand.

The fresh produce line is grown by U.S. farmers in California, Florida, Georgia, Michigan, New Jersey, North Carolina, Oregon and Washington, according to a Kroger news release.

Currently, Field & Vine features fresh fruits, including blueberries, blackberries, raspberries and strawberries. The produce is available seasonally, depending on what farmers can grow locally.

"Harvesting at just the right time during the U.S. growing season allows us to provide our customers with an enhanced fresh experience, offering the highest-quality, best-tasting berries possible. We are thrilled to launch Field & Vine™ in collaboration with local farmers who enable Kroger to feed families across America every day," Kroger's group vice president of Fresh Merchandising Dan De La Rosa said.
