ATLANTA — Known for its uber-cheap concession prices that have garnered national attention, the $2 hot dogs at Mercedes-Benz Stadium are especially a hit.
The Benz revealed on social media Wednesday they have sold so many franks -- enough to wrap around Interstate 285 two and a half times, or 160 miles. That's a lot of hot dogs.
In fact, The Benz said that accounts for 1.5 million glizzies purchased since the stadium opened in August 2017, bringing in a total revenue of $3 million on just hot dogs alone.
Other touted menu prices at Mercedes-Benz Stadium include:
- Draft beer - $5
- Popcorn - $2
- Pretzel - $2
- Nachos - $3
- Cheeseburger - $5
- Bottled water - $3
- Souvenir soda - $4
Before this past NFL season started, the Falcons promoted their affordable menu prices on X, formerly known as Twitter, as they gathered a bunch of concession items that total up to $20 worth of food inside the gates.
