ATLANTA — One Atlanta woman celebrated an incredible, milestone birthday on Saturday as she turned 100 years young.
Tess Brindock, who is originally from Caldwell, New Jersey, has now made her home in Atlanta for the last eight years. She just became another member of the centenarian club, to which there are a little more than 90,000 in the United States today.
Brindock spent her younger years as a homemaker and is the mother of three, grandmother of five and great-grandmother to seven children. Talk about the family tree!
Ms. Brindock celebrated her spectacular birthday with the people she loves most, her family and friends.
