SAN JUAN, Puerto Rico -- If good things come in little packages, Miracle Milly must be very, very, very good.
At less than four inches tall this 4-year-old Chihuahua is recognized by Guinness World Records as the world's smallest full-grown dog.
Milly's humans, Vanesa Semler and Edwin Davila, had to feed the little Chiquita with a dropper for the first six months of her life.
Fragile at first, Milly gained strength and her weight topped off at about one full pound.
Now she lives the life of a celebrity in her hometown of Dorado. Milly may be small, but this is one huge star -- and she knows it.
Always pleased to see her fans, Milly boasts a wardrobe fit for a supermodel.
Vanesa and Edwin hope Miracle Milly will inspire pet owners everywhere.
"People need to love their animals.Any size, any color, any kind," they said.
