ATLANTA — A sweeping Downtown redevelopment has landed its largest retail tenant.

Centennial Yards Co., the developer remaking the Gulch, said Monday it has signed a long-term lease with Cosm, a Los Angeles-based technology company that is expanding with immersive entertainment venues.

Cosm will be an anchor tenant for the next phase of Centennial Yards, which will build an 8-acre entertainment district next to Mercedes-Benz Stadium and State Farm Arena. 11Alive's partner, the Atlanta Business Chronicle, had reported in April that Cosm was considering a spot at the project.
