ATLANTA — Home values in Atlanta have reached a milestone for the first time in nearly two years.
The typical home in the Atlanta city limits was valued at $400,699 last month, according to Zillow Group’s (Nasdaq: ZG) Home Values Index.
Atlanta's home values have risen 2% over the past year and 16% since April of 2021, per Zillow's analysis.
Home values in the city haven’t topped $400,000 since September of 2022.
Property values are rising with the cost of houses
The local increase in home appreciation correlates with sale prices rising nationally.
