ATLANTA -- An Atlanta building and landmark with a long history has a new owner - and the seller has a fresh $33.6 million.
The Atlanta Business Chronicle reports that the Hurt Building in the Five Points area near Georgia State University has been sold to Gamma Real Estate.
The Chronicle reports that the building will soon undergo a $4 million makeover that will include exposing interior marble which was covered with carpet in the 1980s.
