(Atlanta Business Chronicle) Cheetah Lounge owner Bill Hagood on Jan. 12 sold his Above the Four Seasons residence for a record-setting $2.25 million -- the most expensive condo sale in Midtown Atlanta since 1995.
According to Chase Mizell of Atlanta Fine Homes Sotheby's International Realty, who brokered the deal, the 3,138-square-foot, four-bedroom, three full bath and two half-bath condo encompasses the entire south side of the 47th floor. The condo was recently completely renovated and features Baccarat chandeliers, custom William Ohscabinetry, walk-in wine cellar and four balconies.
At $717 per square foot, the sale is the highest price per square foot condo sale in Midtown's history.
The previous most expensive condo sale in Midtown's history was the 12,158-square-foot penthouse at Above the Four Seasons, purchased by Cabbage Patch Kids founder Xavier Roberts in 1995 for $3.4 million.
