ATLANTA — Atlanta Police are looking for a woman accused of scamming people out of thousands of dollars for Super Bowl tickets.
Authorities issued a warrant for Leah Evers' arrest for three counts of computer theft.
According to a police report, a woman, her boyfriend, and another person decided to purchase tickets for the big game from Evers.
The woman claims she was contacted by Evers back in November about buying the tickets. The victim said she purchased Falcons tickets from the suspect in the past because Evers is a season ticket holder and is able to get tickets to football games, often reselling them.
Some of the transactions were done through Venmo and PayPal.

The report says one of the victims learned from a Falcons ticket representative that Evers would have only had access to two Super Bowl tickets, but that she hadn't purchased any.
They filed a police report in January. The incident report also said a Falcons ticket representative told them that about 20 others had called inquiring about Evers' tickets as well.
This isn't the first group of victims who said they were scammed out of money over Super Bowl tickets. Ketan Shah, 48, is accused of offering to sell tickets to at least six people. Gwinnett County Police re-interviewed the victims and gathered enough information to obtain a felony warrant for his arrest.
He was taken into custody in California at a casino.
