ATLANTA — Police say multiple people are in custody after a police chase tied to a vehicle that had previously been carjacked.
The incident began with a failed traffic stop in the 3400 block of Collier Drive. The car sped away from police and they eventually lost sight of it.
But, a short time later, police found where the vehicle - which had just struck a utility pole - was left. The suspects in the crash were all taken into custody after a brief foot chase and only suffered minor cuts and bruises from the accident.
