GAINESVILLE, Ga. — Feltman Brothers, the clothing company specializing in baby gowns and clothing, recently made a donation to Northeast Georgia Medical Center that will go toward honoring angel babies and their grieving families.
The hospital said in a release that the company had donated more than $1,500 worth of clothes as a way to "bring comfort and peace to families experiencing baby loss."
"Honoring each dearly loved angel baby is so important to families. NICU nurses are typically tasked with dressing these precious souls for burial and many don’t have the resources to do so in a beautiful way," the release said.
A grief counseling and family support official with Northeast Georgia Health System, Mandy Reichert, said they were "so excited that Feltman Brothers has partnered with Northeast Georgia Health System to provide these precious gowns and clothing which will help create beautiful memories for families experiencing baby loss."
Feltman Brothers CEO also said in a statement that it was their "honor to be able to support families in memorializing their angel babies."
