Police arrested 17-year-old Julian Omar Cubillos of Lawrenceville on Saturday. He was charged with malice murder, felony murder, four counts of aggravated assault and violation of the Georgia Street Gang Terrorism and Prevention Act.

Brown faces identical charges, according to police. There are still two suspects wanted on the same charges -- 18-year-old Dakious Echols and 22-year-old Desmontrez Mathis, police said.

In addition to 3-year-old Kyron, his 9-year-old brother and an adult were hit by the gunfire. Those two were treated for injuries not considered life-threatening. Kyron and his brother were inside the home on the couch watching a movie when they were struck by gunfire, the boys' mother Shanita Smith said.

The family has an online fundraiser in hopes of covering funeral expenses for 3-year-old Kyron.
