ATLANTA — Atlanta Police are investigating after an argument led to a double shooting late Thursday night.
It happened around 11:14 p.m. at the Modera Midtown apartments on 8th Street near WIlliams Street.
Police said two men were visiting a friend when they began arguing, and it escalated to gunfire.
Officers responded and found a 31-year-old man who had been shot. He was transported by EMS to Grady Hospital in stable condition. Police said the other man had driven himself to the hospital, and he was alert and conscious.
APD said two other people were placed in custody for non-related incidents.
Police are investigating the details surrounding the incident.
