STONECREST, Ga. — A 20-year-old man was rushed to the hospital on Friday night after DeKalb County Police said he was shot in the head while inside a car.
Officers responded to Woodrow Road at 10:35 p.m. on Friday for a call of a person shot. When they got there, they found the man with a gunshot wound and he was rushed to the hospital with life-threatening injuries, police said.
The initial investigation by police reveals that the man was inside a car driving down Fair Road when a person shot at the vehicle and a bullet struck him in the head.
Detectives are working to figure out more information about suspects and what exactly took place.
