DEKALB COUNTY, Ga. — A man was arrested in the shooting death of a 25-year-old at a gas station a little over a week ago, according to DeKalb County Police Department.
Police said a 22-year-old man was arrested in the case. No charges were released, but initially, it was the department's homicide assault unit that investigated the incident.
It happened on July 22, and officers were called to 4420 Rockbridge Road around 5 a.m., which is a BP gas station. It's near Atlanta's Pine Lake neighborhood and not far from Rockbridge Elementary School.
When they arrived, a man was found shot dead at the gas station.
At this time, the name of the suspect or the victim has not bee released.
