ELLENWOOD, Ga. — A 7-year-old girl is in serious condition after she was shot while sitting on her couch inside her home, according to DeKalb County Police.
The shooting happened around 11:15 p.m. Friday night at a home on Satellite Boulevard in Ellenwood. The home was shot at several times, with bullets entering through the door and windows.
Police said no one is in custody and the investigation is ongoing. The child has not been identified.
