MONROE COUNTY, Ga. — As authorities went to a Monroe County home to serve an arrest warrant, they said they stumbled across signs of dog fighting.
The Monroe County Sheriff's Office said deputies assisted U.S. Marshals in serving a federal warrant to 43-year-old Kevin Charles, at a home on Garr Road on Feb. 14.
While at the home, a deputy discovered signs of dog fighting and called investigators.
