Police investigating, asking for information about deadly northwest Atlanta shooting | What to know

ATLANTA — The Atlanta Police Department is seeking information regarding a shooting that killed an 18-year-old late last month. 

According to police, officers responded on Sept. 25 shortly after 7 p.m. to the 100 block of Fairfield Place NW in reference to a person shot. When they arrived, they found an 18-year-old man who had multiple gunshot wounds and was pronounced dead at the scene. 

Police said the person who died has since been identified as Amion "Duke" Davis.
