DECATUR, Ga. — A person walking to work along a busy road in DeKalb County discovered a man in his 30s shot dead early Wednesday morning.
DeKalb Police responded to an area between apartments and the Austin Plaza strip mall off Glenwood Road in Decatur just after 4 a.m.
His identity hasn’t been released and no suspects have been arrested.
