Winston was reported missing by her family on April 1, prompting concerns when she failed to appear for work weeks prior. Suspicions arose when it was discovered that her residence had been emptied out by her partner, Michale Edwards.
Police believe Winston vanished under suspicious circumstances on March 17 and now consider her deceased, focusing efforts on locating her remains. In April, Michale Edwards and his wife, Brienna Phillips-Edwards, were named persons of interest.
