COBB COUNTY, Ga. — The Cobb County Police Department is investigating after two people were shot on Monday afternoon.
According to police, officers responded to a shooting on Denny Lane around 2:11 p.m. When they arrived, they found two men with gunshot wounds. Police said this has been identified as a domestic situation.
Both were sent to the hospital. One has a leg injury and is expected to survive, while the other remains in the intensive care unit.
Police said there is no ongoing threat to the community and that investigators are working to determine the circumstances surrounding the incident.
