ATLANTA — Atlanta Police are looking into the circumstances of a deadly shooting that happened Monday night in Downtown.
Officers said they responded to 265 Peachtree Street NE to a call about a person shot. The address on Google Maps shows up as the Hyatt Regency Atlanta.
Police cruisers were spotted near the hotel.
APD said when officers arrived to the scene, the found the female victim with an apparent gunshot wound. She was pronounced dead.
Detectives are headed to the scene to investigate the shooting.
