DEKALB COUNTY, Ga. — An investigation is underway after a man was found shot to death on a DeKalb County road early Thursday morning.
Police responded around 4 a.m. to Warrior Path and Waldrop Lane off Flat Shoals Road after a passerby called 911 to report a body in the roadway while driving to work.
When police arrived, they found a deceased man with several gunshot wounds.
Authorities have not yet released the victim's identity, but he appears to be in his 30s, police said.
The incident remains under investigation.
