DEKALB COUNTY, Ga. — Four people were injured, DeKalb County Police say, when more than 100 rounds were fired into a home early Thursday morning.
It happened just before 3 a.m. at a home on Cascade Manor Drive. Officers said they responded and located the four injured victims, ranging in ages from 37-57.
All were taken to area hospitals with injuries that were described as not life-threatening.
According to police, three other people were inside the home who were not injured.
The full circumstances of how the shooting unfolded or how many people may have opened fire were not clear.
"Initial information indicates everyone was inside the residence when unknown persons fired in excess of 100 rounds into the house. Detectives responded to the scene to further the investigation. We have no additional information at this time," DeKalb Police said.
