EAST POINT, Ga. — The East Point Police Department is investigating after two people were shot on Saturday.
According to police, officers responded to a shots fired call in the area of Cedar Avenue and Harlan Drive. When they arrived, officers found several shell casings along with several vehicles being damaged.
They also found two people shot in the area and sent them to the hospital, police said. Their conditions are currently unknown.
The circumstances of what led up to the shooting are also unknown at this time. This is an active investigation.
