FLOYD COUNTY, Ga. — The Floyd County Sheriff’s Office has issued a "be on the lookout" alert for a man considered a danger to himself and others.
Authorities are actively searching for Herbert Shiflett, a 34-year-old man, urging the public not to approach him.
Shiflett faces multiple charges, including aggravated battery, family violence-related criminal damage to property in the second degree, family violence simple battery, and criminal trespass. The sheriff’s office emphasized that anyone who sees him should call 911 immediately.
