Atlanta Police have arrested a fourth person in connection to the shooting death of an 18-year-old on Donald Lee Hollowell Parkway last year.
Jamarean Williams, 18, was arrested on Friday for his alleged role in the deadly shooting of Dominic McKibbins that happened on May 22, 2023, at 2555 Donald Lee Hollowell Parkway in the Center Hill neighborhood, which is outside the Fox Phase II grill.
According to arrest warrants, Jamarean Williams is facing felony murder, aggravated assault and gang charges. Warrants stated that he reportedly "hit the victim with a deadly weapon multiple times by placing the firearm to the back of the victim's head while advancing with a group of armed aggressors." Police alleged that his actions led to the deadly shooting.
Quintavious Williams, 19, Kameron Kindred, 17, and Marcus Foley, 46, were all arrested in McKibbons' death.
Police later released surveillance video of the alleged suspects shortly before the shooting.
Dominic's grandmother, Joann McKibbins, previously identified herself on scene and spoke to reporters. She said Dominic had just turned 18 at the time of the shooting and was a "sweet, kind-hearted person" and that it "had to be a cold-blooded person to hurt him."
The grandmother previously added she had not heard exactly what happened in the shooting but told reporters it may have happened after some kind of music recording session.
"He loved people, loved his friends," she previously said of Dominic. "Our young people die for no reason - put the guns down."
Law enforcement authorities added that Jamarean Williams is being held in Fulton County.
