Fugitive on FBI's Top Ten list has ties Georgia

The FBI said Mims is a convicted felon and a known Michigan gang member.

A man accused of murdering two people in Michigan is on the FBI Ten Most Wanted Fugitives List.

Law enforcement officers said Antwan Tamon Mims has ties to Augusta, Georgia. He should be considered armed and dangerous. The FBI said Mims is a convicted felon and a known Michigan gang member.

On March 25, Mims allegedly killed two men at a house party in Benton Harbor, Michigan. The murders allegedly happened in front of dozens of witnesses. After shooting the victims, Mims allegedly walked up to each of them and shot them in the head while they were lying on the ground.

Anyone with information that leads to a capture and conviction could be eligible for a reward of up to $100,000.

Outside of Georgia and Michigan, The FBI says Mims also has ties to Indiana, Tennessee, Ohio, and Illinois. Mims has tattoos on his hands, forearms, and upper right arm.

Anyone with information about Mims should contact the FBI or the nearest American embassy or consulate.
