A Georgia Department of Public Safety employee was arrested early Friday morning and charged with DUI.
Joshua A. Simon was arrested at 2:30 a.m. by the City of Morrow Police Department and was charged with driving under the influence.
Simon was employed as a non-sworn civilian in Headquarter's Security at the Ga. Dept. of Public Safety. He has been terminated due to this incident.
