GWINNETT COUNTY, Ga. — A woman was found dead, and another person was hurt in what police are calling a domestic homicide Thursday night in Snellville.
Officers with the Gwinnett County Police Department were called out to a home on the 3000 block of Glen Summit Lane before midnight. When they arrived, police reported finding a woman dead. A man was also found hurt, police adding it looked like he'd shot himself.
The man was taken to the hospital for treatment, and 11Alive has reached out to get an update on how he is doing Friday morning.
Detectives are not looking for any other suspects in the case. No other information was provided about the man and woman involved, only that the two lived in the home together.
