ALBANY, N.Y. — A Harlem Globetrotters DJ is in trouble with the law after he was accused of inappropriately touching a young girl back in February.
Authorities in Albany, New York arrested 32-year-old Jon Buckner of Riverdale, Georgia Sunday night in Syracuse.
According to police, Buckner approached a young girl during a Feb.10 Harlem Globetrotters event at the Times Union Center. Police said Buckner touched the girl outside of her clothing in "an inappropriate manner."
Authorities charged him with third degree sex abuse and endangering the welfare of a child, according to the Albany Police Department.
Buckner was arraigned this morning in the Albany City Criminal Court and remanded to the Albany County Jail.
